Water Confusion
Many health experts like raw food movement founder David Wolfe have touted the benefits of drinking water as a part of living healthier. But in the tradition of research over the years, a new study has come out that reverses this advice.
Experts at the University of Pennsylvania now say that it’s a myth that eight glasses of water a day makes you healthier. They also say that there is no scientific evidence that it cleans out the toxins in your body, as previously thought, and it doesn’t improve your skin tone. There’s also apparently no proof that it helps you lose weight or fill you up so you don’t feel hungry.
