Question:Has anyone used water aerobics for arthritis?

I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis and water aerobics was recommended.

Answer:

I've taken a class or two. I think the reason it's recommended is because it's low impact ... you get the benefit of the exercise without putting too much strain on your body.

If you like the water, it can be very enjoyable. Good luck!
