What are you doing to get healthier?
Are you making an effort to drink more water? Are you eating less and exercising more? How about vitamins? How important do you think supplements are to your overall health?
Once you make the decision to change on your own--no pressure--it is amazing what you can do! I always hated water and my mom tried to force me to drink it. But when I realized how important it was on my own (and stopped being stubborned) it became a part of my daily routine.
