The natural diet is one of best weight loss recommendation! being a vegetarian is not enough to lose weight. Try to eat healthy and exercise more! Try to suppress your appetite! I'm a huge fan of Garcinia Cambogia: Link
I think becoming a vegetarian is a personal decision that is often spurred by social awareness of animal rights rather than health reasons. If you are looking for a way to lose weight, becoming a vegetarian isn't the way to go--weight loss is about calories, not types of food, and you're not guaranteed to eat fewer calories just by becoming a vegetarian. If you're looking to become healthier, becoming a vegetarian is one option, but it's more extreme than necessary. Look to eat more lean proteins (eggs, chicken, extra lean ground beef or turkey) and more fruits and veggies. If you decide to become a vegetarian you need to make sure you're still getting proteins that are delivering all the essential amino acids (like tofu, mixing beans and rice, etc.) so that your body continues to get the nutrients you need.
