Does anyone have some food ideas for low-carb meals?
I'm getting ready to start a low-carb, high protein sort of diet and I wondered if anyone had any ideas or tips on foods. I'm not doing Atkins or anything, just cutting a lot of the white starches and stuff out of my diet. Currently I've got lots of lean chicken, lean hamburger meat, lean pork, and steak cuts. I've got plenty of green vegetables. I also discovered that pineapple has a fairly low carb count for a fruit, so I'll be including that in as well.
Just so you know, I'm not into tofu or anything that sounds like tofu, lol. But I am looking for ideas to expand my menu so I don't get bored. Thanks!
I do have some fish that I recently added to the menu. Thanks for the suggestion!
Maybe adding some seafood to you diet. I'm not very familar with nutrition but i think some types fish are low in fat but check to be sure.
