Motivation over exhaustion
I work two jobs, one overnight full time one midday, I usually go home, and fall into bed, waking up with barely enough time to get ready for the next job. How do I fit working out into my day when really all I want todo is sleep. The one or two days days where i am only working one dayor not working at all is no where near enough to work out and expect to lose weight.
What about trying to get 10 minutes in 3 times a day when you have the time? At the end of the day, you will have incorporated 30 minues of excerise! Better than nothing!!!
