Question:I'm not a morning person but I've decided to do some physical activity/exercise daily w/the early morning being the best time I have before I go to work. I have 2 teenage daughters to get off to school as well. What can I do to find my early a.m. motiva

Answer:

I'm not a morning person either. But I decided it was better not to fight it. So I actually would exercies between 9 and 10 at night, or later. That way everything was winding down and I could focus on me. I also found that doing a program like Power 90 or P90X was the best motivator. I loved having a program to follow. The idea of having a goal and and end date was a great motivator. I waould post the calendar on my bathroom wall and cross off the days. After the 90 days getting excited about exercise was easy.

I am eagerly watching this thread in hopes that you get a good answer. I've been struggling with *not* being a morning person my entire life. It seems like everyone else can get up early no problem.
