How do I plan a meal for one person on a limited budget?
I have a problem exercising because of health reasons. I can walk but not very fast because I get short of breath, I have emphasema and COPD. A Gym is out of the question because I can't afford the fees. So what can I do to diet and exercise on a limited budget? Fruits and vegtables cost a lot of money.
