Question:So sick of falling off the wagon. How do I stick to a diet for good?

Why is it so hard to stay on a diet? I was on an amazing streak and lost like 60 pounds and now it's creeping back. I know exactly the right foods to eat, but I go and pick exactly the wrong foods. I know part of it is laziness, part of it is comfort. But I am desperate to try to break this cycle. Any guidance or tricks for sticking to a diet would be welcome.

Answer:

Identify the "wrong foods," but rather than say, "I'm going to cut out all of them," start with one or two. So, if you buy entemann's for instance, find something to "replace" it with. I started eating yogurt or a banana with peanut butter and honey when I am craving sweets. Splurge on fun healthy foods...a really tasty granola, or smoothie making ingredients so that you look forward to the "right" foods.
