I have agoraphobia and I just can't join a gym. What do you suggest?
I suggest ou check out Teambeachbody.There's lots of different workout programs,for all levels of fitness,and tastes.I personally love P90X and Chalean Extreme.
I suggest Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, it is an extremely wonderful DVD and I purchased it for under 15$. The great thing is it is only a 20 minute workout, it's intense but it is quick. There are three different workouts, beginner, intermediate, and well, more advance, lol. Good luck to you !!!
find some exersize videos online, order them and workout at home. I'm a big fan of walking away the pounds and the firm.
