I've got a sweet tooth
When I wake up in the morning, I always have an extreme sweet tooth. It is so tempting for me to grab a doughnut or something else sweet and quick on my way to work. The rest of the day I have no problem eating healthy and sticking to a diet. I'm pretty young and not overweight, but want to become more toned and maybe lose 10 pounds or so. Any suggestions on something I can eat in the morning to satisfy this craving that won't ruin the rest of my day?
