Question:How Do I Achieve Sexy, Sculpted Arms?

I’m getting married in May 2009, and I want to make sure my arms look super sculpted and sexy. My arms are naturally thin, but I’m a little nervous because I started going to my weightlifting classes and strength endurance training classes at my gym for the last few months, and now my arms have beefed up a little, but I don’t see any definition! That is totally not what I’m going for! I’d rather be back to my weak self with smaller arms than this. I’ve heard less weight, more repetitions, but the repetitions are limited, as these are classes. (I need classes for weight training; I suck doing it by myself.) Anyone have any plans or recommendations to achieve the look I’m going for?

Answer:

Skip the class and hit the floor! If you're nervous about lifting at the gym get some hand weights to use at home. Less weight, more reps will get you there. Also, make sure you're working ALL the muscle groups in your arm.

My trainer makes me do 8 of each of curls, bent-over rows, lateral raises, and tricep dips back-to-back, followed by 30 sec. rest. We do it five times.
