Question:Have you tried the flat belly diet?

I don't like to diet as it rarely works ... the weight always comes back, but if the flat belly diet really works I'd try it.

Has anyone had success with it?

Answer:

I've heard of the flat belly diet. I've gotten emails about it from prevention magazine. It does sound interesting to me. I'm doing weight watchers so I was thinking of incorperating it to the plan. The recipes sound yummy. Don't get me wrong weight watchers works. I'm not a creative cook tho.

Answer:

I haven't heard of this diet. It seems as if you already know that fad diets rarely work, or if they do, you inevitably put the weight back on. As boring and traditional as it is, your key to a diet that "works" is one filled with lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and proteins. The other half of that is lots of exercise: cardio, strength training and flexibility/stretching.
