Getting extra exercise
It's hard to get motivated to go to the gym during the winter, so I've been trying to get extra exercise in on stealth mode!
I've been getting off the subway a stop or two early and walking the rest of the way to work, taking a 10-15 minute walk before I go home in the evening, always taking stairs instead of the escalator.
It doesn't sound like much but I do believe that it's making a difference in both physical and mental health!

Good ideas--I like the subway one! There are a lot of exercises that could be done in front of the TV too, like weight-lifting. I do the stairs a lot too!
