Make a date for exercise
Schedule time to exercise. Writing it down makes it more likely you'll remember and follow through. If you can find a friend to do it with you, it's even better.

I agree. I don't write it down prior to but I do write the exercise down after I complete it on my kitchen calender. Doing it this way every day I can see what I did or did not do, and it motivates me when I really am not in the mood. No exercise for the day is a slash across the day and my goal is to not have any more then 2 per week.
