Got A Tip?

Tips

small portions

Eat 5-7 small meals a day to loose weight. a portion is what you can fit in your hand. Im doing tuna or chicken with brown rice, veggies and yes hot sauce for flavor.

cardio 30 min at least will di the trick.

p.s. No reading on the treadmill. work up a sweat to get core temp up. vary your intensity levels to catch a second wind.

That's really good advice. If you go to any country outside the U.S. you will notice that portion sizes are much smaller. We tend to think that bigger is better in this country, but it's not helping us get or stay healthy.
