Can feeling GUILTY about what you EAT make you FAT

ROSARIOLO

I once read somewhere that if you eat feeling guilty about what you are eating and thinking " this will make me fat...I will need at least 30 more minutes at the Gym ..." that in fact YOU WILL GAIN the weight and feel horrible. For the past 5 months I have intentionally eating GUILT_FREE and I have found that I can enjoy chocolate and other sweets without putting-on weight. For one I dont feel the need to eat as much of these 'forbidden' foods as I did before- and I have also noticed that I am not gaining weight... Try it and see if it also works for you- Another interesting mind-body connection

I love that idea! I know that when I am dieting all I can think about is how I am denying myself and that leads to bad eating behavior.
