Start your day with some kind of activity.
This helps to set the tone for the rest of the day. I like to take my dog for a nice walk so the both of us get some exrecise in before I need to get to my desk for work.

My sister and i just started going to the gym in the morning.. I was going before I had knee surgery..FEELS GREAT !!!
yep.totally agree. i love to listen to uplifting upbeat song and jump up&down. it really kicks up my mood.
It's a good idea to do this yet. Sometimes I do jumping jacks just to kick start the day a bit when the coffee isn't doing the trick!
