Watch what you drink when on a diet
And I don't mean alcohol, although that can add calories. I've been amazed lately when looking at the labels just how many calories are in an average store bought beverage. You can cut a few hundred calories a day out easily just by switching to water.

alcohol makes your body retain water weight...another reason to opt for H2O.
If you find you have a hard time getting down the water, you can add some lemon or lime juice (or slice). I have switched from the bottles of green tea to the packets meant for adding to your water. It lets me get my water down, doesn't make a dent in my calories and most of all, keeps me going in the right direction on the scale.
and make sure the water you drink is ok to drink.
This is so true. Even coffee can be a hidden calorie bomb.
