Step away from the buffet
I'm really trying to stay on my weightloss plan but it is very hard. One thing I noticeāI definitely do better when I stay out of the kitchen or away from the main area where food is served! People tend to gatehr by food but I try to find a spot across the room. Otherwise I'll snack the whole time and not realize how much I've eaten. Same goes for the bar...all those drinks add up!

I have found that going to buffets is the worse place to eat for me. Try going to a restaurant and cutting the portions in half before starting to eat and asking for a 'to go' box and put half
of the meal in the box and take it home. That way you get two meals out of the meal and it "costs you half as much for the entree.
