Drinks for aiding weight loss
One of the things I learned this year that will stick with me came from Bob Harper and the idea that people unknowingly drink most of their calories.
In AOL's Men's Fitness Center today they have a slideshow of the best beverages to drink to help you lose weight. Water, of course, along with some specific suggestions for water infusions to try as well as green tea, which aids metabolism, acai juice, skim milk for the calcium and an all-bran fiber drink mix.
