DON'T COMPARE YOUR OWN PROGRESS TO ANYONE ELSE, WE ALL GAIN & LOOSE WEIGHT DIFFERENTLY
Men loose weight most often quicker, weight loss is determined by metabolism, body structure, activity level, hormones, age, etc......we didn't put the pounds on in a short period so, we will NOT loss it ALL at once either!!! Slow & steady & with some setbacks are normal.
