The problem with trying to stick to a low sodium diet is that salty foods are everywhere and sometimes the foods we think are low in sodium actually have a whole lot of milligrams! For example, the caesar salad at McDonalds has more salt than french fries!

I have to maintain a low-sodium diet and it's quite challenging! This is a good reminder to really look at what you buy.
This is a great find. I took the quiz and failed—only 50% right! I'll be checking the sodium labels a lot more thanks to this.
