To Help Quit Smoking, Try This ...

LauraLee311

If you're one of the many trying to quit smoking, my best advice is to get involved in some sort of cardio routine on a regular basis, such as running or biking. (I would say walking, but the workout has to be vigorous.) The workouts will be really, really difficult at first, but it's the best way to remind your lungs how damaging smoking is.

Plus, ideally, you're new cardio habit will replace your smoking habit. You get to trade in a bad habit for a healthy one, and pretty soon, you'll be looking forward to that daily run/bike ride!
