Make sure you turn your Mac on every day and use it for at least 20 to 30 minutes. If you don’t make it a habit, you will be likely to keep leaning on your PC.
Another tip: If the rainbow beach ball on your screen spins interminably, hit Alt-Command-Escape to force quit out of a program.
