If the Wright Brothers had dreamed small, you'd still be taking the bus to visit Grandma this holiday season. If they could do it, so can you. Don't be afraid to go after what you want, no matter how crazy it seems.

The "herd mentality" may seem easy when you're a kid, but who wants to be a follower all their life? Try tuning in to your inner voice every once in awhile. What do YOU want to do?

Sure, you could go out to eat or read a magazine...but you could also do something good for someone else. Think about showing support for a cause or organization by signing an online petition, making a donation or just doing something good.

If you don't like your doctor (or dentist, or hairdresser, for that matter) why stick around for bad service? It's OK to want the best for your dollar. Find the right people that will work with you, not against you. Speak up when things aren't right.
